Training, Certification & Professional Development
🎓 NAWT Certification — Fully Funded
New Inspection Technicians receive a fully funded NAWT Inspector Certification Training Course — a nationally recognized 2-day program. SeptiPro pays for all training and certification in exchange for a 1-year employment commitment.
🔧 Hands-On Field Training
All new hires receive structured on-the-job training with experienced team members. You’ll learn our systems, standards, and processes through real hands-on experience in the field and in the office.

🔧 Inspection Technician — Greater Denver Area
Location: Greater Denver, CO (Field-Based, Mobile) | Type: Full-Time
Pay: $21.00–$24.00/hr + $25 per completed inspection bonus
Conduct certified septic system inspections for residential and real estate transactions throughout the Greater Denver metro area. NAWT Certification training fully funded by SeptiPro for the right candidate.
🔧 Inspection Technician — Trinidad / Walsenburg / Pueblo Area
Location: Trinidad / Walsenburg / Pueblo, CO (Field-Based, Mobile) | Type: Full-Time
Pay: $18.00–$21.00/hr + $25 per completed inspection bonus
Serve Southern Colorado communities including Trinidad, Walsenburg, Pueblo, and surrounding areas. NAWT Certification training fully funded by SeptiPro for the right candidate.
📋 Inspection Coordinator & Dispatch Specialist — Remote
Location: Remote — Colorado (Work From Home) | Type: Full-Time
Pay: $22.00–$26.00/hr
The operational hub of SeptiPro — scheduling, dispatch, customer communication, billing coordination, and Realtor support. Fully remote with company-provided phone, radio, and computer.
