Your trusted, independent septic inspection partner — for every listing, every transaction, every deadline.
Built for Real Estate.
Built on Independence.
When a septic inspection is ordered for a real estate transaction, the company performing that inspection has one job: to tell the truth about the system — regardless of what that truth means for a potential repair or service contract.
SeptiPro Environmental is an inspection-only company. We do not repair, install, or pump septic systems. We have no financial incentive to find problems — or to ignore them. What your clients get is a genuinely independent, NAWT-certified evaluation they can trust and act on with confidence.
That independence protects your clients. It protects the transaction. And it protects you.

Why Realtors Choose SeptiPro
Four things that make every transaction cleaner.
Zero Conflict of Interest
We never repair, pump, or install. Our findings are never influenced by a second service contract. Your clients get the unvarnished truth.
Transaction Protection
We understand closing timelines. From the moment you order, we coordinate site access, complete research, and deliver results before deadlines put deals at risk.
NAWT Certified Standards
Every inspection follows NAWT protocol — the nationally recognized standard accepted by county health departments and lenders across Colorado.
Clear Communication
We keep you informed at every stage. Digital reports are delivered promptly with plain-language findings that buyers, sellers, and title companies can all understand.
How It Works — From Order to Report
A streamlined process designed for real estate professionals.
Book Your Inspection
Order online or call us directly. We’ll confirm the appointment, collect property details, and coordinate site access with all parties.
Pre-Inspection Research
We contact the County Health Agency and Assessor’s office to pull system permits, installation records, and property history before we arrive on site.
On-Site Inspection
Our NAWT-certified technician conducts a full physical inspection — tank, pumps, leach field, electrical, filters, and all components — with camera documentation and voice narration.
Digital Report Delivered
A complete, professionally formatted digital report — photos, video, NAWT-standard conclusions, and a clear pass/fail finding — is delivered to all parties promptly.
What We Inspect
Our inspection covers the full onsite wastewater treatment system — not a surface-level visual check. Every component accessible under NAWT protocol is located, opened, and evaluated.
We Understand Your Deadlines
Closing timelines in real estate are non-negotiable. SeptiPro is built with that reality in mind — from the moment you place an order, our Inspection Coordinator prioritizes your timeline.
Proactive Communication
You’ll hear from us — not the other way around. We confirm site access, flag issues early, and keep you updated throughout.
Fast Report Turnaround
Reports are completed and delivered digitally — not days later. You, your client, and the title company receive the report simultaneously.
Priority Scheduling
Tell us your closing date when you book and we’ll schedule around it. Realtors and closing companies are first-priority contacts throughout.
The Report
The SeptiPro inspection report is a complete, professionally formatted document that all parties in a transaction can read and act on — without needing to be a septic expert.
NAWT-Standard Findings
Clear pass/fail determinations per national inspection standards — accepted by lenders and county health departments
Video & Photo Documentation
Visual evidence of all findings documented during inspection — no ambiguity, no disputes
Prompt Digital Delivery
Delivered simultaneously to buyer, seller, Realtor, and title company — keeping the transaction on track

Frequently Asked Questions — For Realtors
What if the septic tank needs to be pumped before the inspection can be completed?
We coordinate directly with a licensed septic pumping company to schedule the pump-out so the inspection can proceed. We build this into the process proactively when records suggest the tank may be full. We’ll communicate the need and timeline with you so there are no surprises on closing day.
Can SeptiPro coordinate directly with the seller or listing agent for site access?
Yes. Our Inspection Coordinator handles all site logistics — including reaching out to the listing agent, seller, or property manager to confirm access, gate codes, and any special instructions. You don’t need to be the middleman.
Who receives the inspection report?
You tell us who needs it and we deliver it. Typically the report goes to the buyer’s agent, the listing agent, and the title/closing company simultaneously. If your transaction requires the report formatted or delivered in a specific way, just let us know.
What’s your turnaround time from inspection to report delivery?
Reports are completed and delivered digitally following the inspection. We do not sit on reports for days. If you’re working against a tight closing deadline, tell us your date when you book — we’ll schedule and prioritize accordingly.
Does SeptiPro perform repairs or recommend specific contractors?
No — and that’s intentional. We are inspection-only. We do not repair, install, pump, or refer to affiliated contractors. Our findings are never influenced by downstream service revenue. This protects your client and protects you from any appearance of conflict.
What counties and areas do you serve?
We serve Colorado’s Front Range from the Denver Metro to Southern Colorado, including rural mountain communities. If you have a listing in an area you’re unsure about, call us directly at (303) 489-1043 and we’ll confirm coverage on the spot.
Is SeptiPro familiar with county health agency requirements for title transfer inspections in Colorado?
Yes. As part of our pre-inspection process, we contact the relevant County Health Agency and County Assessor to pull permit records, installation history, and county-specific documentation requirements. We handle this paperwork so you don’t have to.
