- Our inspection does not guarantee that the system will perform without issue in the future.
- Conditions may change after the date of inspection due to use, weather, or other factors.
- SeptiPro does not perform soil percolation tests, structural engineering assessments, or regulatory compliance determinations unless explicitly stated in writing.
Our Certified Report reflects our professional observations and is intended to inform โ not to serve as a warranty, guarantee, or legally binding representation of system condition beyond the inspection date.
6. Payment Terms
Payment for inspection services is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Accepted payment methods are communicated at the time of scheduling. Failure to pay may result in withholding of inspection reports or delay in delivery. Any outstanding balances may be subject to collection action.
