Our Industry Certifications, Affiliations & Partners

Independent. Certified. Conflict-Free.

Professional septic inspections designed to protect properties and the people investing in them.

Non-Biased Inspection-Only Company

We operate exclusively as an inspection provider. We do not install, repair, or service septic systems, eliminating conflicts of interest and ensuring that every finding is objective, evidence-based, and made solely in the best interest of our clients.

NAWT Certified Reporting

Every inspection is conducted by a nationally certified wastewater professional educated and credentialed through NAWT. Our structured process includes comprehensive system evaluation, camera-scoped and narrated video documentation, clear condition classifications, and a professionally formatted Certified Report aligned with applicable county OWTS standards.

Clear Communication

From scheduling to final reporting, we provide organized updates, transparent findings, and responsive support at every stage of the inspection. We partner with Realtors and property owners to support transaction timelines, with expedited reporting options available when conditions permit.

Records & System Verification

We review available permits, design records, prior service history, and system configuration to verify the intended layout, capacity, and treatment type before beginning field evaluation.

Site & Surface Assessment

The property is evaluated for grading, drainage patterns, surfacing effluent, odors, settlement, vegetation stress, and other indicators of system condition prior to hydraulic testing.

Interior Plumbing & Fixture Flow Testing

Each plumbing fixture discharging to the septic system is operated to verify proper connection and flow. This confirms wastewater is directed to the system and helps identify potential plumbing or diversion issues.

Septic Tank Inspection

The tank is opened and inspected for:

โ€ข Structural integrity
โ€ข Liquid levels
โ€ข Inlet and outlet baffles / tees
โ€ข Effluent filter condition
โ€ข Evidence of leakage or deterioration

Sludge and scum levels are evaluated when required under inspection protocol.

Hydraulic Load Testing

Water is introduced in accordance with NAWT standards to observe system response under load conditions. We monitor tank levels, flow behavior, and system reaction to identify backup, restriction, or functional concerns.

Pump & Mechanical Components (If Applicable)

For pressure-dosed or advanced systems, we inspect:

โ€ข Pump chamber condition
โ€ข Floats and controls
โ€ข Alarms
โ€ข Control panels
โ€ข Discharge lines

Operational performance is verified where safely accessible.

Distribution & Soil Treatment Area (STA) Evaluation

Distribution components (D-boxes, manifolds, laterals) are assessed when accessible.
The Soil Treatment Area is evaluated for:

โ€ข Surfacing effluent
โ€ข Soil saturation
โ€ข Vegetation stress
โ€ข Settlement
โ€ข Hydraulic overload indicators

This step confirms the leach field is functioning as designed.
