About SeptiPro Environmental

SeptiPro Environmental is an inspection-only septic services company serving Colorado’s Front Range and surrounding regions. We provide certified, independent septic system inspections — without the conflict of interest that comes from companies that also perform repairs, installation, or pumping services. Our sole focus is delivering clear, professional, and reliable inspections that protect buyers, empower sellers, and support Realtors through every transaction.

Position Overview

The Inspection Technician is a field-based, mobile role responsible for conducting thorough, professional septic system inspections at residential properties throughout the Greater Denver, CO service area. Technicians are the face of SeptiPro in the field — representing our brand with professionalism, accuracy, and integrity on every inspection. No prior septic inspection experience is required — SeptiPro will fully fund NAWT Certification Training for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

Inspection Duties

  • Inspect all components of the septic tank including inlet/outlet baffles, tank integrity, liquid levels, sludge and scum layers, and signs of failure or deterioration
  • Inspect pumps, electrical wiring, filters, alarms, float switches, and all mechanical components within septic and holding tanks
  • Conduct camera-scoped inspection of drain lines, distribution boxes, and tank access points using high-tech equipment
  • Physically inspect the Soil Treatment Area (STA)/Leach Field and all associated components for signs of failure, ponding, or surfacing effluent
  • Use a shovel and hand tools as needed to expose and access system components and access points
  • Adhere strictly to NAWT Standards when determining pass/fail status of a system
